Bill founded the firm in 1975 in a small office in Dover, Delaware. He has more than 50 years of combined professional accounting experience, including positions with a local CPA firm and as a Controller in private industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting, degree from the University of Delaware. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA). He has served as the Treasurer and board member of a substance abuse rehabilitation center and with his home church, Calvary Assembly of God, in Dover, Delaware. He was a founding board member and Treasurer of the Delaware Christian Coalition.
Bill's interest include spending time with family, sports, and serving God.

Raymond J. Kowalick, CPA, Partner
Ray has been associated with the firm since 1983 and became a partner in 1994. He has more than 40 years of professional accounting experience, including a position in local government. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting, from Wilmington University. Ray is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA).

Bill has been associated with the firm since 1996 and became a partner in 2001. He has more than 40 years of professional accounting and finance experience, including positions as a Controller, Financial Analyst and CFO of several financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wilmington University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA), the Delaware Society of CPAs (DSCPA), and the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA). Bill is also a licensed Delaware real estate sales agent and is involved in various community and charitable organizations.
